Get a Good Night’s Rest

Eat Lightly & Stay Hydrated

Have a light meal before your session and drink plenty of water.

Wear Comfortable Clothing

Choose clothing that allows you to fully relax and feel at ease.

You’ll be lying down for part of the session, so comfort is important.
