You remain aware and in control the entire time.

In this relaxed state, we work with the subconscious mind — where patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored.
This is where we begin to shift what’s been holding you back and introduce new, supportive patterns.

As the session comes to a close, you’ll be gently brought back to full awareness. We take a few moments to reflect on your experience and allow everything to settle.
